Network Engineering Day (NErD'23)

The Department of Network Engineering of the Universitat Politècnica de Catalunya is pleased to promote and organize the 2nd Network Engineering Day (NErD'23), a workshop on Communications Networks, Systems and Services.

The workshop will be held on July 4th, 2023 at the Department's facilities on the UPC Campus Nord (Barcelona).

This is an event aimed at the scientific community in general, in which a forum will be offered to the students of the Network Engineering Department to present their works and projects, organized into four different categories. In each category, some prizes will be awarded to the best works. The four categories are the following:

  • Ph.D.1: First or second year students of the Doctoral Program in Telematics Engineering.

  • Ph.D.2: Students above the third year of the Doctoral Program in Telematics Engineering.

  • Máster: Students who complete their Master's studies during the 2022-2023 academic year. They must present their Master's Thesis.

  • Bachelor's Degree: Students who complete their Bachelor's Degree studies during the 2022-2023 academic year and present their Final Degree Project.

Students can present their works within the corresponding category. The Committee of Experts will select the best works to be presented during the celebration of the workshop and compete for the different prizes.
